Stuart Towne Apartments is a close-knit residential community of 94 homes in Beaufort, South Carolina. We offer garden units and townhouses — no neighbors above you, only on the side — designed for families who want space, comfort, and a real sense of neighborhood.
Our location puts you minutes from Parris Island Marine Base and MCAS Beaufort, making us a natural home for military families stationed in the Lowcountry. We understand the demands of military life, and we work hard to make the move-in process as smooth as possible.
Our on-site manager, Dawn Cavenaugh, has been with Stuart Towne for over 15 years. She knows this community inside and out — and so does our on-site maintenance team. When something comes up, you're not calling a distant office or waiting days for a response. Help is right here.
